Banana Bars with Cinnamon/Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• FROSTING:
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 3/4 c sugar
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 c sour cream
• 1/4 c oil
• 2 T applesauce or addition oil
• 1 egg
• 1 c mashed bananas 2 lg
• 3 ox cream cheese
• 3 T butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 3/4 c p sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350
Combine all ingredients and mix for 2 minutes
Pour batter into 9x13 buttered pan
Bake 25 minutes
Cool I hour cover with saran wrap after 20 minutes to retain moisture.
Frost and sprinkle with 1/3 c chopped pecans
