  • 1 1/4 lbs Fresh mushrooms, rinsed
  • 1 medium Bermuda or Spanish onion, sliced into rings
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 0.13 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pinch parsley flakes
  • 1 pinch sweet basil
