- 2 pkg's pork tenderloins
- 1 lb bacon
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mince onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
Wrap bacon around tenderloins may secure with toothpicks
place in 8 1/2 X 11 inch pan
Poke holes in meat with fork
Combine rest of ingredients. Stir well, Pour over the meat.
refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
Bake at 300 degree for 2-3 hours.
If bacon starts to burn, place foil over the top.
Remove from oven. cut into slices, allow to soak up excess juices in pan.
