    pkg's pork tenderloins

  • 1

    lb bacon

  • 3/4

    cup soy sauce

  • 1

    Tbsp. mince onion

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic salt

  • 1

    Tbsp white vinegar

  • 3/4

    cup light brown sugar

Directions

Wrap bacon around tenderloins may secure with toothpicks place in 8 1/2 X 11 inch pan Poke holes in meat with fork Combine rest of ingredients. Stir well, Pour over the meat. refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight. Bake at 300 degree for 2-3 hours. If bacon starts to burn, place foil over the top. Remove from oven. cut into slices, allow to soak up excess juices in pan.
