Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Flank or skirt steak, sliced thin
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 3 TBS soy sauce
- oil for cooking
- 2 tangerines zested and juiced
- 2 TBS fresh chopped ginger
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 TBS chile garlic sauce
- 1 TBS hoisin sauce
- 1 TBS honey
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup tangerine juice
- Garnish:
- chopped scallions
- toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk cornstarch and soy sauce together. Add thin sliced steak, marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok. Add ginger to wok and brown a few slices of steak at a time
Whisk sauce ingredients together, add to wok. Cook until done.
Garnish with scallions, tangerine zest and toasted sesame seeds
