Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • Flank or skirt steak, sliced thin
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • 3 TBS soy sauce
  • oil for cooking
  • 2 tangerines zested and juiced
  • 2 TBS fresh chopped ginger
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS chile garlic sauce
  • 1 TBS hoisin sauce
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup tangerine juice
  • Garnish:
  • chopped scallions
  • toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk cornstarch and soy sauce together. Add thin sliced steak, marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in wok. Add ginger to wok and brown a few slices of steak at a time

Whisk sauce ingredients together, add to wok. Cook until done.

Garnish with scallions, tangerine zest and toasted sesame seeds
