Ingredients

  • 3 Slices bacon diced sauteed - take bacon out
  • 1 Cup chopped onion sauteed in bacon fat
  • 4 Tabs butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups diced raw potatoes
  • 1/2 Qt of clam broth (2 cups)
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tsps parsley
  • 1 10 oz can minsed clams

Preparation

Step 1

After potatoes are soft add 2 Cups of 1/2 & 1/2
2 Tabs flour or more to thicken

Add bacon just before serving
