Ingredients
- 3 Slices bacon diced sauteed - take bacon out
- 1 Cup chopped onion sauteed in bacon fat
- 4 Tabs butter
- 1 1/2 Cups diced raw potatoes
- 1/2 Qt of clam broth (2 cups)
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tsps parsley
- 1 10 oz can minsed clams

Preparation
Step 1
After potatoes are soft add 2 Cups of 1/2 & 1/2
2 Tabs flour or more to thicken
Add bacon just before serving
