- 5-6 large apples, peeled & sliced
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 double pie crust pastry

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together apples, sugar, flour, tapioca, lemon juice, cinnamon. Pour to pie crust. Divide butter into pieces and place on top of apple mixture. Cover with top crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
