Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless cubed top round steak (I used beef for stew or cube steak)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 4 peeled, sliced carrots
- 8 cut up red potatoes-skins left on
- 12 sliced mushrooms
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic-Tastefully Simple
- 1 Tbsp. Bacon Bacon-Tastefully Simple
- 1/2 cup Merlot Sauce-Tastefully Simple
- 4 cups beef broth

Preparation
Step 1
Coat beef with flour. Melt butter in pan, saute beef in batches (don't crowd), adding butter as needed. Layer carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onions and beef in slow cooker. Sprinkle Garlic Garlic and Bacon Bacon over beef. Combine Merlot Sauce and beef broth, pour in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 8 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
