Dillicious Salmon Saute

This sauce is sooo good!! I am writing the recipe here as I got it off the internet. I have never used the sweetner because we don't use any sweetners but you can try it if you want.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs fillets of salmon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook 5 minutes, turning once. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover. Cook 6 - 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove salmon from skillet to serving plate; keep warm.
Add lemon juice, artificial sweetener, mustard, butter, capers, and garlic to skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 - 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
To serve, spoon sauce over salmon & sprinkle with dill.
