Funeral Potatoes ( Utah Casserole)

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp- Unsalted butter
- 1 Small onion diced - about a cup.
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 - 30 oz bag of frozen hash brown potatoes- lightly thawed
- 1 - 10.5 Oz can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp salt/pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp yellow Cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups lightly crushed Corn Flake ceral

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp. butter over medium heat in a skillet.
toss in the onions and cook 6 min. add the garlic, cook for 2 more minutes,
In a large bowl, mix the onion/garlic, the hash browns, condensed soup,sour cream, cheeses, salt/pepper.
Spread the ingredents in a 9x13 pan, top it with 2 tbsp butter melted. 1/2 cup of the cheeses on top. Put corn flakes in the melted butter and spread on top of the cheeses.
Bake about an hour, until it is brown and bubbly.
