Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 T confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 T milk
- Filling:
- 4 egg yolks (save 3 egg whites)
- 1 can (11 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix all ingredients with fork until crumbly. Put in pie dish and flatten bottom. Bake at 325 for 20 minute or until light brown.
Filling:
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Slowly blend in condensed milk. Add lime juice and mix well.
Beat 3 eggs whites and cream of tartar. When stiff fold into above mixture.
Pour filling into crust and bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until set.
