Ingredients

  • 1 large bag chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks

Preparation

Step 1

Cook at least 1/2 of the bag (more if you like lots of broccoli in your casserole) until almost tender. Cook minute rice and water as directed on box. Combine broccoli, rice and about half of the cheese. put in casserole dish; put other half of cheese on top. Bake at 375 until bubbly and cheese melts, (about 20 minutes)

(MUST WATCH AS VELVETTA WILL DARKEN IF OVER COOKED)
