  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 1

In large pot, cook broccoli in stock for 15-20 minutes. Pour half the mixture into a blender and puree until smooth; repeat with other half. Pour back into pot and heat; gradually adding milk and oil. Season to taste.
