Ingredients

  • ½

    c Diced bacon

  • 4

    Medium Potatoes, chopped

  • ½

    Medium onion, chopped

  • 2

    c Chicken broth

  • 2

    cans Corn, one creamed one regular

  • 1

    tsp Salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 2

    c Milk , scalded (heat in Micro-wave oven for at least 1 minute)

Directions

Saute' Bacon in 2 qt pot until browned and crisp; add chopped potatoes and onions. Add broth, corn and seasonings; cover and simmer till potatoes are tender about 20 min. Stir in warm milk and eat.
