baked Salmon on the Grill
- 10 to 12 pound Salmon filet skin on
- 1/4 Cup Miracle Whip Salad dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- Season salt (such as lawry's or McCormick)
place salmon skin side down on a piece of aluminum foil big enough to roll edges.
mix Miracle Whip and mustard, spread on salmon. sprinkle lightly with season salt. put another piece of foil on top of salmon. roll edges together to loosely cover salmon. place on BBQ grill cook on medium heat until foil puffs up.
can also be cooked in oven at 350*
