My Home Made Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Small roasted chicken.( store bought or yours )
- 1 Box of chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- Poultry seasoning to taste
- 1 bunch celery sliced
- 1 large leek, sliced and chopped
- 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 small bunch of carrots, sliced
- Crushed red peppers to taste
- 1 half package of egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Slice off the breast meat to use with something else.
Put the rest of the chicken in a large pot and cover with broth and water.
Add the celery, onion, leek,and parsley.
Heat to boiling and cover and turn heat down to low to simmer for an hour. At this time add carrots,red pepper and poultry season.Continue to cook for a half an hour to one hour. ( or untill the meat is falling off the bones.
While cooking the last half hour cook the noodles in a seperate pan and drain.
When done use a mesh spoon to carfully pick out all bones.Or strain broth into another pot and pick out bones and add back to broth.
Add noodles and serve.
Be very carefull eating because of any small bones that may have been missed.
