- 2-15oz cans of chickpeas (rinsed)
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper

Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt & pepper. Pour over all other ingredients.
