Ingredients
- 2 jars (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Parmesan, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients in a medium sized bow. Spoon into an oven proof serving dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with toasted baguettes or vegetables.
