Ingredients
- 1 cup Caramelized Onions cooled (about 3 cups uncooked), chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated skim milk
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325º.
Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl. Spoon onion mixture into 6 (6-ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray. Place the custard cups in a 13 × 9-inch baking pan; add hot water to pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
