Step 1

Peal, core, and quarter four large green apples. Add 2 tbsp butter to large skillet. Slice the apples and add them. Saute 7 or so minutes, the add 3 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, pinch ground cloves and cook another two minutes. Then spoon that over ice cream and add whipped cream and grated nutmeg. I tried this on 02/2008 and Jackie and Kyle and Ryan all loved it, it was very good and not too spicy.
