Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 oz.) pink salmon
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Step 1

Drain salmon; set aside 2 tbsp of juice. In a bowl, combine juice with all ingredients except oil, mix well. Evenly divide into 6 balls and form patties. In a large skillet heat oil and fry patties on each side until golden brown.
