Ingredients

    pounds boneless beef stewing cubes

  • 1

    (12 ounce) bottle beer

  • 2

    T soy sauce

  • 1

    T chopped garlic

  • 1

    cup frozen chopped onion

  • 1

    (14 ounce) can beef broth

  • ¼

    cup vinegar

  • ¼

    cup packed brown sugar

  • 2

    (0.87 ounce) envelopes brown gravy mix

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the crock. Cover and cook on Low for 10 hours or High for 5 hours. NOTES: Try browning the beef cubes before placing in crock. Use beef broth to de-glaze the pan.
