  • 1 pkg noodles (8oz)
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 lbs sirloin cut in thin strips
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (or 4 oz fresh) reserve liquid
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 1/4 C water
  • 1/2 C sour cream


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Cook noodles and drain. In a large skillet, melt butter and brown meat and mushrooms. Remove from skillet. Into droppigs in the skillet, stir in flour and onion soup mix, gradually add water and reserved liquid. return meat and mushrooms to pan and simmer covered 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles
