Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches, Lite, in extra light syrup (15 oz each)
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup SPLENDA Granular
  • 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Drain peaches. Freeze peaches in a plastic container for 20 minutes or until frozen.

Add all ingredients to blender. Blender will be full.

Mix on low speed for 10 seconds. Remove lid, stir with wooden spoon. Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds, remove lid and stir again. Mix on high speed for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.

Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
