Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Beef Top Round Steak
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 4oz. Can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- All the taco fixings: Cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, taco shells, etc.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut Beef into 2 inch cubes and place in crock-pot, along with all the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook low for 7-9 hours until beef is very tender. Remove the beef and shredd with two forks. Serve in tacos!
