WONTON SAUSAGE CUPS
- 1 pkg. Wonton wraps
- 1 # sausage
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese grated
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives (optional)
- 1 Cup Ranch Salad Dressing
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a miniature muffin pan with cooking spray.
Insert wonton into each muffin slot as to form a small cup. Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the baked wrappers to cool. Remove from the pan.
In a frying pan brown the sausage but not crisp. Blot with a pape towel to absorb the excess oil. Mix the sausage, cheeses, olives and ranch dressing. Fill the baked wontons with the mixture.
Bake the filled wontons for 10-15 minutes until the sausage mixture bubbles and is slightly brown. Watch to make sure the wontons don't burn.
