Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 T sugar
  • 1 6 oz raspberry jello
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 12 10oz pkg frozen raspberries
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 pkgs Dream Whip prepared
  • 2 T vanilla
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients. Press in pan. Bake 350 for 15 min. Cool.
Dissolve jello and sugar in the boiling water. Add berries and lemon juice. Chill till partially set.
Blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Fold in whipped cream. Spread 1/2 over crust. Spread jello on top. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts
Chill several hours
