One Pan Potatoes & Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes cut into thin wedges & microwaved 8-10 min until tender
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into long 1/2" slices
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Preparation
Step 1
While potatoes are cooking, in a large skillet, toss & brown chicken in oil over high heat about 5 min. Add potatoes; saute & toss until lightly browned. Add onions & teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through.
