Tortellini and Ham

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 C chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/4 C reduced fat butter or margarine
- 1/4 C flour
- 3/4 C skim milk
- 1/4 C half and half or evaporated skim milk
- 1 1/2 C cubed fully cooked ham
- 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 C Parmesian or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 med tomato, seeded and chopped

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook tortellini according to directions adding broccoli during last 5 min of cooking
- In large skillet, melt butter; combine milk, cream and flour in shaker container and combine well; add to melted butter; bring to a boil and stir for 1 min until thickened
- Add ham, cheeses, basil, garlic powder, pepper and cook until cream cheese is melted; stir in tomato; stir in drained tortellini mixture; heat through
