Ingredients
- 2 oz pkg ramen noodles or Chinese noodles
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 4 1/2 tsp lite soy sauce
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C each chopped green, sweet red and yellow pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 lb cooked pork, cubed
- 1 can water chestnuts, if desired
- red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook noodles as directed on package (discard seasoning packet or save for another use); drain
- In small bowl combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and pepper until smooth
- In large skillet, saute peppers in oil until crisp-tender; stir cornstarch mixture and add to skillet; add pork and water chestnuts; bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 min until thickened; add red pepper flakes if desired for added zing; stir in noodles and heat through
