  • Eggs
  • Package spinach, defrosted
  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cup half and half
  • grated Swiss cheese
  • mushroom
  • garlic
  • wine
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook crust 10 min.
Combine eggs, spinach, cottage cheese, and cream. Add cheese and then spinach.
Put grated cheese on bottom and sides of shell. Pour in mixture, then put more cheese on top.
350 45 minutes- 1 hour or til cake tester comes out dry
Saute mushrooms in garlic, wine and butter. Put on top after out of oven.
