Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 8"
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 16 oz. can condensed milk, sweetened (15-oz)
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Chill pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour into chilled crust, chill for several hours- that's it! Top with whipped cream before serving
