Ingredients
- 1 medium garlic clove, pressed
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- 5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt or sea salt
- Ground pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine the garlic and lemon zest. Using your hand, squeeze the juice from the lemon into the bowl. Add the olive oil and salt. Add pepper to taste. Mix well and serve.
