Beef and Rice Chinese Style

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 1 button mushrooms, medium can, drained
- 1 lb ground beef, lean
- 1 10 oz. can beef bouillon
- 3 tablespoons butter or oil
- 1/2 pint Minute Rice
- soy sauce
- 1 No. 2 can water chestnuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions and celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and mix well. Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add drained mushrooms and bouillon, drained water chestnuts, and rice. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Add soy sauce. May be made ahead and reheated, oil covered, in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
