large apples, peeled, cored and quartered
can refrigerated crescent rolls
tbsp. margarine, melted
cup orange juice or water
Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate eight triangles and cut each in half, making 16 triangles. Place each apple piece on wide end of a triangle and roll up. Arrange in 9" square pan. Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle juice or water over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm, plain or with ice cream.
