Ingredients
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean boneless beef chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, rough chop
- 8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup carrots chopped
- 2-3 yukon potatoes chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1-2 sprigs thyme

Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine the flour, salt and black pepper.
2 Shake the beef cubes in the flour mixture
3. Brown beef in oil.
3. Place the beef and remaining ingredients into the Crock Pot Slow Cooker and mix thoroughly and combine.
4 Cover; cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours
Note: If you want more veggies, add 2-3 handful frozen mixed veggies for last 1/2 hour of cooking.
