Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- Dash salt
- 6 c thinly sliced apples
- 2 T butter/marg

Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 425. Prepare pastry. Stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix with apples. Turn into pastry lined pie pan; dot with butter. Cover with top crust with slits cut in; seal and flute. Cover edge with foil. Remove foil last 15 min of baking. Bake 40-50 min or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits.
