Ingredients
- SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE
- 3 C cooked mashed
- sweet potatoes
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C sweet milk
- 1/3 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 sm. can coconut
- TOPPING
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/3 stick butter, melted
- 1 C chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, adding coconut last. Put into casserole.
TOPPING
Mix brown sugar and flour together.well,
Add pecans and melted butter; mix until
crumbly. Put topping evenly over all. Bake uncovered 25-30 mins in preheated 350 oven.
