Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb haddock
- bread crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place fish in 9/13 greased baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt, stir until blended. Slowly add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add cheese and lemon juice. Pour over fish and spinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
