Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons seasoned dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 six-ounce skinless salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, wedged for serving

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
2. Make crust; pulse walnuts, breadcumbs, lemon zest, oil, salt, pepper in a food processor until crumbly.
3. Place salmon fillets, skinned side down, on baking sheet; brush tops with mustard. Press crust evenly onto fillets. Bake until just opaque in center, 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
