Ingredients
- GARNISHES:
- 1 can flaked crab meat - (7 1/2 oz)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package cream cheese - (3 oz)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon finely-chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 English muffin halves
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Tomatoes
- Avocados

Step 1
Mix ingredients, minus muffin halves, together in a bowl. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Broil 2 or 3 minutes until top is golden.
Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, or avocados, depending upon whether it is being served for brunch or lunch.
