Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can pineapple chunks (8oz), undrained
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms (4oz ea), drained
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 can tomato sauce(8oz)

Preparation
Step 1
CUT tenderloins in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork on all sides and drain and discard fat.
PLACE pork, pineapple with juice, tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, brown sugar, worcestershire, salt and vinegar in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
