Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) package fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 (15 ounces) can crabmeat, drained and rinsed

Step 1
1. Mix all together and fold in crab last.
2. Top with a little cheese and green onion.
3. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
