- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 can crabmeat drained, flaked
- 1 tablespoon chives - (to 2 tbspns)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Combine all ingredients, place in a serving bowl, and refrigerate.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
