  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed vegetable soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package buttermilk bicuit mix

Step 1

Brown beef with onions in skillet with oven-proof handle. Stir in soups and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer. In the meantime, make drop biscuits. Drop biscuit batter by rounded tablespoon onto hot beef mixture. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
