Pineapple Chicken and Ham

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Can Pineapple Slices
  • 4 Slices Honey Ham
  • 4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Brush is the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Lay 1-2 pineapple sliced on each chicken breast, followed by a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
