Box Angel Food Cake Mix
Can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, undrained
Cup Coconut, shredded or flaked
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place dry cake mix in a large bowl; stir in pineapple with juice using rubber spatula. Mixture will foam and expand, resembling marshmallow creme. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan; sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake is set and coconut is lightly browned. Serve warm.
