- 8 UNCOOKED MANICOTTI NOODLES
- 1 CUP WHOLE MILK RICOTTA CHEESE
- 3 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
- 6 OUNCE FROZEN COOKED SMALL SHRIMP - THAWED
- 6 OUNCE CRABMEAT
- 1 1/2 CUP MARINARA SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE (2 OUNCES)

Preparation
Step 1
COOK MANICOTTI NOODLES AS DIRECTED AND DRAIN. HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.
MIX RICOTTA CHEESE, CREAM CHEESE AND THEN ADD ONIONS, SHRIMP AND CRAB. FILL MANICOTTI WITH SEAFOOD MIXTURE. SPREAD 1/2 CUP SAUCE IN 11 X 7 INCH BAKING DISH, LAYER WITH MANICOTTI, SPOON REMAINING SAUCE ON TOP. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND SPRINKLE WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND BAKE AN ADDITINAL 5 TO 8 MINUTES. LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
