Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 pounds cubed pork (buy the stir fry stuff)
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 12 each buns

Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except buns. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. With fork, stir barbecue to break up meat pieces. Serve in or on buns. You may need to add water once in awhile depending on how your slow cooker works.
