Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 4 pork chops
- 1 C minced onion
- 1 green pepper minced
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 1 clove of garlic mashed
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in butter.
Remove from skillet
Add onion and green pepper, cook 5 min.
Add tomatos,garlic and bay leaf.
Return chops to skillet and simmer for 1 hr.
